i. Risk of online investment with Uinvest
No matter how good an investment may sound, there will always be risk. If someone tells you its RISK FREE, thats when you RUN AWAY. Heck, life is always about choices, taking action, having risks big and small. But what we human have, are CHOICES. If you choose to invest, that is your choice, you are taking the action, you are taking the risks. No one else cares about what you choose to do. Especially when it comes to money. In one of R.Kiyosaki's book,'Guide to Investment', he explains how people don't care about your money except spending it.
In Uinvest, the management claims that there are still risks involves but substantially minimized through extensive study being done in each businesses offered in Uinvest.
So what is the risk in Uinvest? Although I am an agent of Uinvest, but at this part of explanation, I am taking a role of a normal person who has nothing to do with Uinvest, an investor with skeptical mind and a person who don't believe in by working less you are actually gaining more money.
If you have been reading Rich Dad Poor Dad series, then you would probably know that Robert Kiyosaki tells that when he is investing, he will always be the insider (part of the team) rather than an outsider. He prefers to be the insider because he will have some what of a control of his investment money. If you are asking what is insider and outsider? An example of outsider is investing in mutual funds, you give your money to the mutual funds, and whether the mutual fund goes up or down, you don't have the power to control your money. You are letting other people taking charge of your money.
In this case of Uinvest, for each businesses, Uinvest will invest FIRST. They will buy the company shares FIRST at agreed understanding between the business owner and Uinvest. So this part already shows that Uinvest is COMMITTING FIRST. They are putting THEIR own money before Uinvestors. Uinvest would be a fool if they did not study the business before investing in them. The only reason that Uinvest is investing before anyone else shows that they are convinced that the business which they invested shall be able to give payouts for the agreed period and amount. So at this point, my first skeptical-ness of investing in a business which I am not in is some what minimized. This is because I am not actually investing and literally giving my money to the business in Uinvest. Instead, I am buying part of Uinvest's shares. So that means, any money transaction is only between me and Uinvest. The business is only a medium to leverage on. Does that makes sense to you? Below is an example of Uinvest invest in a Packaging Manufacturer and gives summary details of what was invested :
Ok. Next risk is the funding out Uinvest account and withdrawing dividends into our bank account. Uinvest offers many ways of doing the transaction ie. wire transfer, paypal, liberty reserve, payza, credit card. Personally, I highly recommend Liberty Reserve simply because it safe and simple to use. For those who does not know, Liberty Reserve (LR) is an e-currency provider. Other people who uses LR buy and sell this e-currency on daily basis. E-currency is being used to buy products online, forex, and many more. It transfers money from different part of the world safely and securely in a click of a mouse. Using this e-currency is a risk if you do not know who to sell/buy the e-currency. If you know where to get these trusted people, then you are safe. I strongly suggest you transact with trusted dealers only. Although you may also buy/sell individually, but you must be sure to know that person. Example of LR withdrawal transaction is as below :
What if Uinvest goes bankrupt? Can that happen? Well any business can go bankrupt if not managed properly. So what is Uinvest stand on this? Do they have credit ratings? Where is the financial statement? As we go deeper into this, there are still many more things even I can't tell. I have never seen any financial statements or credit ratings. The only thing that is shown in the system is this :
It says there that they are currently paying $2,000,000.00 a month..can you imagine that..if Uinvest is really a scam, they should have got out of business years ago. That's $24,000,000.00 a year. And they have been in the business since 2006. Below are the highlights :
Proven concept. Started business from the scratch for the last 4.5 years UInvest has created the online marketplace for more than 30 businesses and 10,000 investors. More than $2,000,000 earnings are paid monthly to investors like clockwork. GUN will be creating UInvest points in every country of the world through establishing strong partnership with local businesses that will develop the network. This will multiply GUN income many times.
Plans. During the next 6 months we plan to create at least 70 fully functioning UInvest points in different countries. At least 100 new businesses will be attracted with total value no less than $20,000,000. This will allow GUN to have revenue at least $10,000,000 by the end of 2012 and expect tremendous growth during the upcoming years.
-Uinvest websiteOk..so they got there. I am still thinking from which angle can I think to proof my skeptical and I'm running out of idea. Can they really give payout this much? Is it mathematically possible? Well, to answer that, below is a screenshot of someone who actually did the actual math and probability of Uinvest ability to pay back :

From what I can see from this case study, is that, although there are risks involves, but most of the risks can me own managed. It is manageable and that is what is important.
